Although I try not to focus on actual "politics", meaning government politics and political leaders with my non-crypto focused project, ironically titled pololitics, there are some political leaders that I do like to make art about.
One of these is John F. Kennedy. JFK is inspirational to me because he was the last US president who I believe really did his best to fight corruption. He was taking on the Federal Reserve and shadow government. He was an excellent speaker and used his verbal skills in a very powerful way to battle corruption and fight for the people's best interests.
Both of these art works were inspired by John F. Kennedy's address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association, mainly:
"For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day....Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced." -JFK
The "Elect the Dead" piece features quotes all from this very same speech.
The "Dissenters" piece features a headline of one of JFK's above quote on, "Dissenters are silenced, not praised".
The background is filled with quotes from other proponents of free speech, promoting the idea of dissent as important for human freedoms and freedom within societies.
“Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth.”
“Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth.”
“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear."
"It is not enough to allow dissent. We must demand it, for there is much to dissent from."
Kennedy was courageous to standing up to the most powerful groups in our seen world and I honor him for that. The Kennedy assassination was and continues to be a major starting point for people who begin uncovering the lies fed to them by media corporation and news agencies, and I feel that his death and the conspiracies shrouding it will continue to be a focal point for truth seekers, looking to bridge the gap with others who continue to believe what they are told by informational "authorities".
JFK was an iconic figure with an image and a message that continues to reach people, and help them learn important truths about the world around them. May he rest in peace.
