In 2021, I created Super Satoshi -- an animated origin story that reimagines the superhero genre through a Bitcoin lens. This collection represents one of my most ambitious narrative projects, combining classic animation aesthetics with crypto culture to tell a story about financial sovereignty.
The Vision
Super Satoshi takes direct inspiration from Max Fleischer's original 1940s Superman cartoons and Dragon Ball Z, blended with a heaping portion of internet and crypto culture. I wanted to create a masked hero who fights for monetary freedom -- an anonymous champion battling against "The Ruling Hand," the shadowy forces of centralized financial control.
